How We Work
SignalOS.
An honest word about agencies
You know how agencies handle a platform shift. They hire a team for it.A lab, a task force, an innovation group with its own floor and its own vocabulary, trotted out for new business pitches and rarely seen once the retainer starts. If you’ve bought from a big agency in the last decade, you’ve probably met that team. You may have wondered where they went. We built Wild Signal so nobody would ever have to ask.
Every person here is fluent in Claude skills, artifacts, and code. Everyone is the AI team, which is honestly just another way of saying there isn’t one.
Here’s what that looks like on your account: the lead running your strategy is also the one pitching your media, pulling fresh insight out of ten thousand LLM answers, and building a Replit around a big idea just to sling it over and see what you think. Everyone on our team sees the whole problem: no handoffs and definitely no waiting around for a specialist to free up. We’re all specialists, in every discipline.
From the field
Same brain on the whole problem, no handoffs, no waiting for a specialist to free up.
That took building from scratch, bottom-up, on purpose. No siloed experts, no mono-skilled seat-fillers, no org chart deciding who’s allowed to make things. Just a small team of humans who measure twice and cut once, with high standards and a shared, slightly unreasonable goal: build the best agency in the business, from the studs, together.
We call the system SignalOS: every one of us masters the science of LLMs and the art of new-school communications. It’s new code and timeless craft, working as one.
None of this comes from frustration with the old model. It comes from affection for what agencies are at their best, and a conviction that this moment deserves one built for it.

What Makes the Work Work
Four pillars.
- Nº 01
Authority Clusters.
We engineer citation constellations: owned content, earned media, community signals, and original research, composed together for authority.
1+1=3 is the equation we offer on every engagement. Each cluster is different. Sometimes the right hit is a niche Substack with 5k followers. Sometimes it's an exclusive in a paper our parents subscribed to. From primary research LLMs prioritize to ensuring owned content is never an afterthought, we see the full picture.
- Nº 02
AI-Native Where It Counts.
We don't romanticize human writing and we don't fetishize AI throughput.
We invest human time where it produces the signals models reward: informed points of view, original research, lived experience, defensible opinions. Everywhere those signals don't live, we let the machines draft first. To be clear, we're really good at working with our coworkers Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT, often on the same project. When they give us a head start, we check the work and finish it ourselves.
- Nº 03
Everyone Is a Maker.
There's no AI team because there doesn't need to be one.
Every employee builds: a Replit, an artifact, a visualization, an agentic workflow. That's the baseline. AI is how we solve problems in new ways for our clients and for each other. The org chart doesn't gatekeep what people are allowed to make. It assumes they will.
- Nº 04
Measurement Is Methodology.
We deliver citations, visibility, sentiment, and the pattern recognition our data produces.
Every report is a strategy update. Every strategy update sharpens the next move.
TL;DR
It’s different here, by design.
We’re co-creating something really special. It’s not for everyone, which is the point. Big plans start with high standards, and an allergy to inertia. This is really fun.
